Throughout 2018, our monthly Safety Series will reinforce the principles built on a foundation of Just Culture. It is essential for those on their journey to understand key aspects of human factors and cognition. This series will reinforce effective communication skills, system design and human factor science, define and differentiate manageable behaviors and teach skills that will improve event analysis in your organizations. The Just Culture process will be applied to real case scenarios through various interactive sessions.

Conducting a Threshold Investigation is one of the first steps for successful utilization of the Just Culture algorithm. Your approach to conducting the investigation can directly affect the amount and quality of information received. In this webinar, we will discuss several key concepts to maintain safety during the interview, build trust and strengthen relationships with involved staff while obtaining essential information for the investigation.
