This includes a brief review of Dr. Perry’s February Workshop on introducing Human Factors and the blending of human factors science into healthcare Event Analysis. The webinar also provides an opportunity for discussions with the audience regarding their experiences (the good, the bad and the problematic) with integrating these concepts into understanding “work as done” rather than “work as imagined”.
