Basic Reports and Services
BETA Healthcare Group provides members with monthly claim summary reports that separately list open and closed HCL (healthcare comprehensive liability) and D&O (directors and officers) liability claims. The monthly reports provide the claimant’s name, the date of the incident, a description of the allegation and the financial status of each claim, including outstanding reserves and payments made as of the end of that month. Totals at the bottom of each report show how much has been spent, how much is left in outstanding reserves and how many claims remain open.
Special Claims Reports
To provide more specific information regarding your facility’s claims history, we can prepare special claims reports. Our information technology department works closely with our claims staff to customize reports for specific needs.
