This one hour webinar provides an overview of the key elements of a Just Culture. Error and Drift paradigms along with adjunct measures that can assist in the sustainment of Just Culture principles in your organization are highlighted. A Just Culture decision support tool will be reviewed which is consistent with algorithms and decision trees that are commonly used.
