Throughout 2018, our monthly Safety Series will reinforce the principles built on a foundation of Just Culture. It is essential for those on their journey to understand key aspects of human factors and cognition. This series will reinforce effective communication skills, system design and human factor science, define and differentiate manageable behaviors and teach skills that will improve event analysis in your organizations. The Just Culture process will be applied to real case scenarios through various interactive sessions.
