COVID-19 Care for the Caregiver Webinar

BETA Healthcare Group is partnering with the California Hospital Association (CHA) and the Hospital Quality Institute (HQI) to offer a complimentary Care for the Caregiver Webinar for CHA and HQI members to help healthcare workers during this unique and challenging time. Events like the COVID-19 pandemic impact hospital staff — who always strive to provide safe, high-quality care —often at an emotional and psychological cost. So, who cares for the caregiver? The webinar session is available on three different dates – April 7, 14 and 21 – each from 9am to noon (PT). Using tools and resources from the BETA HEART® program, this 3-hour interactive session includes the practical tools for creating a peer support model, and participants will learn how to engage in empathic conversation to address the emotional impacts and needs of caregivers, patients and families through instruction and video enactment.
