BETA’s Workstation Ergonomics Training Videos provide a quick and easy way for our workers' compensation members’ employees to learn about office ergonomics and how to adjust their computer workstations to find a safe and comfortable work zone that is individually customized to their needs.

In just 30 minutes, not only will employees learn how to adjust their workstation, but they can also earn
a Certificate of Completion from BETA. California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) continuing education credit is also available. Members can learn more from their BETA Risk Management or Employee Safety Consultant or contact us at riskmgmt@betahg.com.

Access to the videos begins with completion of the BETA Workstation Ergonomics Video Relias Access Form (find this form in the Resources area in the upper-right of this page).
