Hello,

As our room block at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott has been exhausted, we have compiled a list of alternative accommodations located near the event in the link below.

As a reminder, BETA will reimburse travel hotel accommodations for one night at the negotiated and single occupancy rate of $312 if the commute to the event location is greater than 40 miles or travel time exceeds one hour from your home/office. Additionally, BETA will reimburse transportation costs that include round-trip coach airline tickets, mileage, parking, and cab fare up to a combined maximum of $250. All additional expenses can be reimbursed (if approved) by a facility's Risk Management Resource Fund (RMRF) or CARE fund account. Please refer to our Symposium Travel Reimbursement Policy and Form for more details.

HQI Cares Members

HQI members are invited to attend both days of the conference and will also participate in the Reception and Member Awards Dinner, presenting trophies to their members. Each HQI facility will receive two complimentary dinner tickets. Additional guests will need to purchase a $50 ticket to attend.

 General Info

• A total of six (6) registrants per facility and six (6) by location – (if there are separate locations) can register for the Symposium
• There is no fee to send additional attendees to the Symposium, but those attendees would have to cover their own travel and/or can use their facility's RMRF funds (if approved) for reimbursement.  
• There is a fee of $100 per additional guest to the Reception and Member Awards Dinner; this would include any additional attendees beyond the six (6) per facility and is based upon availability.
• All presentations (slide deck only) will be posted to BETA's member site post-conference
